ACTION NEEDED: Your Camper Photo and/or Signed UNA Waivers are Overdue

Hi Spotlighters Families,

You are receiving this email because your camper is missing one or both of these required items.

These items were due May 1 and are now past due.

Please log in to CampBrain and complete the following for each camper:

• Upload a camper photo
• Upload the UNA Required Forms Packet

HOW TO

Visit the registration portal and log in to your account. Once inside, click “View Details” on your camper’s registration.

Check the “Document Upload” section
Choose the appropriate camper.

Please upload a clear, recent photo of your child where their face is easy to see. A simple phone photo is perfect.

Best options:
• Head-and-shoulders or close-up photos
• Neutral background if possible

Please avoid:
• Group photos
• Sunglasses or hats
• Photos where the face is far away

This helps our staff learn camper names quickly and recognize them throughout the week.

Upload the photo to appropriate child:

For families attending the Florence campus at the University of North Alabama:

Step 1: Download the UNA-Waivers-Spotlighters-2026-Flat.pdf
Step 2: Complete and sign all pages
Step 3: Upload to CampBrain
